IP電話の通話完了機能と設定ガイド

はじめに

概要

呼完了(Call Completion)は、着信側が話中または呼を拒否したときに、ローカル電話に再ダイヤル、手動コールバック、またはキャンセルのオプションを表示する機能です。

対応モデル

このドキュメントは、BX3S および BX4 を含むモデルに適用されます。BX5S および BX6 シリーズは現在、呼完了機能をサポートしていません。

このドキュメントは、呼完了機能を迅速に理解して検証する必要がある社内テスト担当者を対象としています。

呼完了機能の説明

呼完了機能が有効で自動シグナリング再ダイヤルがアクティブになっている場合、着信側が話中または呼を拒否した場合(拒否コード:486)、電話はCall Completion Waiting xxxおよびCall Completion Calling xxxというプロンプトを表示します。電話はSIPシグナリング(notify: terminated)を介して着信側の空き状態を監視し、ユーザーが手動でコールバックまたはリクエストのキャンセルを行えるようにします。

呼完了が無効になっている場合、電話はCall Completion Waiting xxxおよびCall Completion Calling xxxのポップアップを表示しません。

呼完了設定ガイド

1. 呼完了は、設定ファイルのセクションにあります:

注:BX5SおよびBX6シリーズは呼完了機能をサポートしていません。設定ファイルには設定 P1 Call Complete: 0 が含まれています。

P1 Call CompleteCall Complete機能を有効または無効にします。値1:着信側が話中から空きに変わったとき、電話は手動コールバックまたはキャンセルを促します。値0:機能を無効にします。(デフォルト:BX3/BX4は0、BX5/BX6はこの機能をサポートしません)


2. Webインターフェースのパス:Phone Settings - Features - General SettingsCall Completionチェックボックスを切り替えて機能を有効または無効にします。

Enterを押して設定にアクセスし、OnまたはOffを選択して機能を有効または無効にします。

呼完了ユーザーガイド

着信側が話中の場合(コールウェイティング無効)

1. テスト電話でCall Completionを有効にします(Web - Phone Settings - Features - General SettingsまたはLCD - Menu - Features - Call Completion経由)。ターゲット電話Bでコールウェイティングを無効にします。

2. 電話Bは電話Cと通話中です。テスト電話がハンズフリー、受話器、またはヘッドセットモードで電話Bに発信します。テスト電話はCall Completion Waiting xxxというポップアップを表示します(xxx = 電話Bの番号)。下図参照:

3. Call Completion Waiting xxxポップアップの操作:

(1) Cancelを押す:電話は待機画面を終了し、アイドル状態に戻ります。電話Bが空きになってもコールバックプロンプトは表示されません。

(2) OKを押す:電話は待機画面を終了し、アイドル状態に戻ります。電話Bが空きになってから約30秒後に、テスト電話はCall Completion Calling xxxポップアップを表示します:

Cancelを押す:発信は行わず、アイドル状態に戻ります。

OKを押す:SIPパケットキャプチャでは、ピアがNotify(terminated)を送信していることが示されます。テスト電話は電話Bに再ダイヤルし、通常の通話を確立します。

着信側が呼を拒否する場合(拒否コード:486)

1. テスト電話でCall Completionを有効にします。ターゲット電話Bで拒否応答コードを486(Busy Here)に設定します。

2. テスト電話がハンズフリー、受話器、またはヘッドセットモードで電話Bに発信します。電話Bは呼を拒否します。テスト電話はCall Completion Waiting xxxポップアップを表示します(xxx = 電話Bの番号)。下図参照:

3. Call Completion Waiting xxxポップアップの操作:

(1) Cancelを押す:電話は待機画面を終了し、アイドル状態に戻ります。電話Bが空きになってもコールバックプロンプトは表示されません。

(2) OKを押す:2つのシナリオがあります:

     a) 電話Bがアクティブな通話中だった場合:拒否後、テスト電話はアイドル状態に戻ります。電話Bが通話を終了してから約30秒後にCall Completion Calling xxxポップアップを表示します。

     b) 電話Bがアイドル状態だった場合:即時拒否とアイドル状態への復帰後、テスト電話はすぐにCall Completion Calling xxxポップアップを表示します:
