産業用電話のコールウェイティング(バージイン)機能の紹介

はじめに

概要

コールウェイティングとは、内線ユーザーが通話中に別の着信があった場合、新しい発信者は待機状態となり、ユーザーは新しい通話にすぐに応答するか、現在の通話を続けて元の通話終了後に新しい通話に接続できる機能です。

対応モデル

この機能は当社の全モデルの電話に適用されます。(この記事ではX5Uを例とします。)

必要なデバイスとツール

① 電話機1台(スイッチに接続し、IPアドレスを取得可能なこと)
② 設定用PC1台(同じくスイッチに接続し、電話機とネットワーク接続できること)

操作手順

コールウェイティングを有効にする

電話機のLCD画面で「メニュー」—「ステータス」をタップして電話機のIPアドレスを確認します。

電話機のWebインターフェースにログインします。PCでブラウザを開き、アドレスバーに電話機のIPアドレスを入力します。

電話機のWebインターフェースにログインしたら、「電話設定」-「機能設定」-「基本設定」に進み、「コールウェイティングを有効にする」にチェックを入れ、「送信」をクリックします。

機能説明

電話A(5015)が電話B(8806)と通話中、電話C(0002)が電話Aに発信すると、電話Cはコールウェイティング状態になります。電話Aは新しい着信に応答するか、電話Bとの通話を続けるかを選択できます。効果は下図1の通りです。
注:この機能はサーバーがコールウェイティングをサポートしている必要があります。
