はじめに

概要

本書では、産業用インターコムおよびドアホンデバイス向けのオーディオセルフテスト、つまりエコーセルフテスト機能について説明します。 この機能は、スピーカーから音声を再生し、それをマイクで収音することでスピーカーとマイクをテストし、オーディオ部品のリモート診断を可能にします。

オーディオセルフテストの仕組み

デバイスはスピーカーからテストトーンを再生し、その後マイクで録音します。受信した音声の割合を測定します: - しきい値以上 = テスト成功 - しきい値未満 = テスト失敗

適用シナリオ

リモート機器点検に使用され、特に放送音声が出ない、または中断される場合に有効です。 現場保守コストを削減し、効率を向上させます。

  1. 産業用インターコム1台、例:BHP-SOS12、PoEスイッチ、Kenengサーバー

操作ガイド

エコーセルフテストには4つの方法があります:

1. Active URI方式

リモートコンソールからHTTP GETリクエストで起動します。

形式: http://device-ip/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?key=ECHO_TEST

結果:
- 成功:スピーカーとマイクが正常に動作
- 失敗:スピーカー/マイクが未接続または故障

2. HTTP API方式

サードパーティ連携向けのXMLベースAPIです。

3. タイムプラン方式

自動セルフテストをスケジュールし、Action URLで結果を報告します。

  1. Web UIにログイン → Intercom → Time Plan → Time Plan Rule

  2. Action Type: Audio Self-Test

  3. 実行時間を設定します

4. SIPメッセージ方式

パブリックネットワーク環境では、SIPサーバー経由でセルフテストを実行します。

  1. デバイスがサーバーにSIPアカウントを登録します

  2. Kenengサーバー上でセルフテストタスクを作成します

  3. タスクを実行:サーバー上でSuccess/Failureを確認します

パケットキャプチャによる確認:

  1. Web UI → System → Tools → Packet Capture → Start

  2. セルフテストを実行 → キャプチャを停止

  3. Wiresharkで開く → sipでフィルタリング

  4. MESSAGE本文を確認:Success / Fail

トラブルシューティング:セルフテスト失敗

  1. 接続を確認

    • スピーカー未接続 = テスト失敗

    • マイク未接続 = テストは常に失敗

  2. 部品を確認

    • スピーカーとマイクが損傷していないことを確認します

    • 部品が正常でもテストが失敗する場合は、サポートに連絡してください

  3. 環境を確認

    • テストは1KHzトーンを使用します

    • 周囲の1KHzノイズにより誤って成功となる場合があります

    • 静かな環境でテストしてください
