本ガイドでは、SIPサーバーを利用した放送システムにおけるBK-DAB-PA3放送ゲートウェイの通話・放送優先度機能の使用方法を説明します。既定では、機器が放送音声を再生中の場合、着信通話は現在の再生を割り込むことができません。通話・放送優先度設定を調整することで、ライブ通話が稼働中の放送を割り込めるようになります。以降のセクションでは、本機能の設定手順と使用方法を解説します。

放送システムにおける通話・放送優先度の運用

優先度機能の概要

通話・放送優先度機能は、機器がライブ通話を優先するか、放送ストリームを継続するかを制御します。多くの放送システムでは、放送再生中に緊急のライブ通話を挿入する必要があり、優先度設定の調整により実現可能です。

1. BK-DAB-PA3のIPアドレスを確認し、機器のWeb管理画面にログイン後、インターカム設定 —> マルチキャストへアクセスします。

2. マルチキャスト画面には、優先度インターカム優先度の設定項目が表示されます。各機能は以下の通りです。

優先度:通常通話の優先レベルを設定。数値は1~10まで設定可能で、数値が小さいほど優先度が高くなります。

インターカム優先度:放送・拡声音声の優先レベルを設定。同じく1~10の数値で設定し、数値が小さいほど優先度が高くなります。

優先度運用|放送中の通話割り込み

多くの現場機器では、既定設定にてライブ通話が放送を割り込むことができません。優先度パラメータを調整することで、この問題を解決できます。下記手順で、通話が放送を割り込む設定を行います。

1. BK-DAB-PA3のWeb画面にログインし、インターカム設定 —> マルチキャストを開きます。優先度の数値をインターカム優先度より小さく設定してください。数値が小さいほど優先度が高いため、ライブ通話が放送音声より優先されます。

2. 数値変更後、保存をクリックし設定を反映させます。設定完了後、ライブ通話が放送ストリームを自動的に割り込むようになります。

3. Yunyi SIPサーバーによる動作検証例:

アカウント719を使用してBK-DAB-PA3をYunyi SIPサーバーに登録します。サーバー側で放送タスクを起動し、PA3にてSIP放送コンテンツを再生します。

4. 別の端末からBK-DAB-PA3へ発信すると、機器が通話を応答し放送を一時停止します。通話終了後、放送再生は自動的に再開されます。
