インターコム門禁をPOSTモードでソフトウェア更新する方法

はじめに

    概要

この記事では、Windowsシステムに似た構造を持つ産業用デバイスを紹介します。デバイスのPOSTはコンピューターのBIOSに相当し、ファームウェアはオペレーティングシステムに似ています。コンピューターシステムが破損した場合、再インストールによって回復できます。同様に、デバイスが正常に起動できない場合、POSTモードでアップグレードすることでシステムを復元できます。

    対応機種

BHP-SOS12,BHP-SOS16V,i18S,i20S,i30S,i31S,i23S,i32V,i33V,BK-DAB-PA2。

    必要な準備物

① POSTアップグレード用のサーバー。ここではFTPサーバーが必要です
② ファームウェア書き換え用のソフトウェアアップグレードパッケージ
③ Telnetツール。例:コンピューター内蔵のTelnet機能、PuTTY、SecureCRTなど
④ デバイスをスイッチに接続し、コンピューターをデバイスと同じスイッチに接続します。下図のように、コンピューターとスイッチ間のネットワーク通信を確保してください:

    解決策

    FTPサーバーの設定


1. コンピューターでwftpd32を実行し、「セキュリティ」→「ユーザー/権利」を選択します…

2. FTPサーバーにアクセスするためのユーザー名とパスワードを作成します:

3. ファイルの保存先:
「ホームディレクトリ」にアップグレードパッケージの保存パスを入力し、“ホームに制限”を選択します。設定が完了したら、“完了”をクリックします(図参照):

4. アップグレード状況を確認するためにログオプションを有効にします

2. コンピューターでTelnetサービスを有効にします
まずコントロールパネルを開き、“プログラムと機能”から“Windows の機能の有効化または無効化”をクリックし、“Telnet クライアント”をチェックします

端末のPOSTモードでのソフトウェアバージョンアップグレード

1. 端末をPOSTモードにします
PCのネットワークポートをインターホンのWANポートに直接接続するか、両方を同じLANに配置します。その後、デバイスを再起動します。再起動中に、BHP-SOS12、BHP-SOS16V、i18S、i20S、i30S、i31S、i23S、i32V、i33Vの場合、端末の“*”+“#”キーを10秒間長押しして、端末をPOSTモードにします;
PA2の場合、再起動中に音量+と音量-を同時に10秒間押し続けてPOSTモードに入ります。POSTモードでは、デバイスのデフォルトIPアドレスは 192.168.10.1 です
2. コンピューターで WIN+R を同時に押して、コマンドプロンプト(cmd)画面を開きます

3. アップグレードコマンドを入力してアップグレードを開始します

関連するダウンロード情報はFTPサーバーウィンドウにも表示されます:

コマンド3を実行すると、設定が消去され工場出荷状態に戻ります。
コマンド4を実行するとデバイスが再起動します。アップグレードは完了です。
