インダストリーデバイスでワンタッチ通話を設定する方法は?

はじめに

概要

当製品は全機種でIP直接通話とSIP通話に対応しています。本ガイドでは2つの通話方式を併用し、DSSショートカットキーをワンタッチダイヤルに設定する方法を解説します。

対応機種

室内モニター、アクセス制御機器、インターホン製品全機種。本書ではBi52W、Bi64、Bi30を例として説明します。

設定ガイド

IPアドレスの取得とWeb画面へのログイン

1. 機器のIPアドレスを確認・取得します。

アクセス制御・インターホン機器:
DSSキーを10秒長押ししてビープ音が鳴ったら短く1回押すと、機器がIPアドレスを音声で通知します。

室内モニター機器:

非タッチパネル機種:Bi51W、Bi52W
OKキーを長押しし、システム情報 —— ネットワーク —— IPv4を開きます。

タッチパネル機種:Bi53W、Bi56A
メニュー —— ステータス —— ネットワーク —— IPv4を開きます。

2. ブラウザを開き、機器のIPアドレスを入力します。

初期のユーザー名・パスワードはいずれもadminです。

Bi6Xシリーズ・Bi51X室内モニター設定

1. Web管理画面にログインし、ファンクションキー —— ファンクションキー設定へ移動します。

① 種別:メモリーキー
② 値1・値2:接続先IPまたはサーバー登録済みSIPアカウントを入力
③ 回線:発信回線番号を選択
④ 設定完了後、保存をクリック。

2. 2種類の拡張ダイヤルモードを利用可能です。

1. 優先/予備モード

ファンクションキー —— 詳細設定を開く
② ダイヤルモード:優先/予備モード
③ 通話切替時間:5~500秒の数値を入力
保存をクリック。

設定後、ショートカットキーを押すと先に値1の宛先へ発信します。設定時間内に応答がない場合、自動で値2へ切り替え発信します。

2. 時間帯別モード

ファンクションキー —— 詳細設定を開く
② ダイヤルモード:時間帯モード
③ 番号1開始時間:00:00--23:59
④ 番号1終了時間:00:00--23:59
保存をクリック。

保存後、指定時間帯は値1、それ以外の時間は値2へ自動発信します。

Bi20S、Bi30、Bi23S、Bi31S、Bi32V 設定

1. Web画面にログインし、ファンクションキー —— ファンクションキー設定へ移動。

種別:ホットキー
値1・値2:機器IPまたはSIPアカウントを入力
回線:発信回線を選択。

2. 2種類の拡張モード。

1. 優先/予備モード

ファンクションキー —— 詳細設定
ダイヤルモード:優先/予備モード
通話切替時間:5~500秒
保存をクリック。

機器優先予備モード

2. 昼/夜モード

ファンクションキー —— 詳細設定
ダイヤルモード:昼夜モード
昼開始時間:00:00--23:59
昼終了時間:00:00--23:59
保存をクリック。

設定保存後、昼間時間帯は値1、それ以外は値2へ発信します。

重要な注意事項

IP直接通話を使用する場合は、IPダイヤル制限を無効にしてください。i53Wを例に、回線 -> SIP -> SIP全体設定を開き、厳格UA照合を有効にするのチェックを外して保存。

また、回線 -> SIP -> 基本設定にて未登録発信通話を許可を有効にしてください。
