電話を工場出荷時の設定に復元する方法は?

はじめに

概要

ユーザー設定の誤りにより電話機が異常な動作をする場合、工場出荷時設定への初期化を行うことで設定関連の不具合を解消できます。Webログインパスワード、キーロックパスワード、詳細設定パスワードなどの認証情報を忘れた場合も、本機能を利用可能です。初期化により機器は出荷時の標準設定に戻ります。

前提条件

① BX4U電話機1台をスイッチに接続し、IPアドレスを自動取得できる状態にする
② 設定用PCを同一スイッチに接続し、PCと電話機のネットワーク疎通を確認済みにする

操作手順

Web画面から工場出荷時設定を復元

1. 電話機のIPアドレスを確認

電話機の液晶画面から メニュー状態 を開き、本体のIPアドレスを確認します。

2. 電話機のWeb管理画面を開く

3. 工場初期化を実行

Web画面内で システム -- システム設定 へ進み、工場初期化欄の リセット をクリックします。

確認ウィンドウが表示されたら、OK をクリックします。

この後、電話機は初期化処理を開始します。

初期化が完了すると、電話機は工場出荷時の状態に復元されます。

詳細設定メニューから工場初期化

電話機本体で メニュー - 詳細設定 を開き、パスワード 123 を入力→確定 をタップ後、工場初期化 を選択します。

OKキー長押しによる工場初期化

OK キーを長押しします。画面に工場初期化の確認画面が表示されたら 確定 をタップし、機器を出荷時設定に戻します。

電話機が POST MODE に入った状態で:

電話機のキーパッドから *#168 を手動入力し、工場出荷時設定を復元します。

起動時画面四隅タップによる初期化

本方式はAndroid搭載モデル専用です。電話機を再起動し、起動画面表示中に画面の四隅を連続してタップしてください。
