産業用SIPインターコムのアンプオーディオ出力を制御する方法は?

はじめに

概要

産業用機器を外部アンプに接続した場合、使用シナリオに応じてアンプへの音声出力を制御できます。 通常の通話時はアンプをOFFにして内蔵スピーカーのみを使用し、放送または緊急アナウンス時はアンプを起動する必要があります。 本ドキュメントでは、機器のモデルに応じた2つの制御方法を説明します。

対応モデル

BHP‑SOS10、BHP‑SOS10V、BHP‑SOS10D、BHP‑SOS11V、BHP‑SOS11V2、BHP‑SOS16、BHP‑SOS16V、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、BK‑ROIP‑PA2S、BK‑ROIP‑PA3、BHP‑SOS12。

事前準備ツール

① 対応機器1台(例:BHP‑SOS16V)、PoEスイッチ(またはDC電源)、アンプ1台、スピーカー1個。アンプを機器に、スピーカーをアンプに、機器をスイッチに接続してください。
② デバッグ用PC1台を同じスイッチに接続し、ネットワークが疎通することを確認してください。

アンプ音声出力の制御

アンプ出力は、音声出力インターフェースの有効化、またはリレーによるアンプ電源の切り替えで制御できます。両方の方法を以下に説明します。

音声出力インターフェースによる制御

対応モデル:BHP‑SOS10シリーズ、BHP‑SOS11シリーズ、BHP‑SOS16シリーズ、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、PA2S、PA3。 注意:BK‑ROIP‑PA2/PA2Sはヘッドセットインターフェース、PA3はライン出力を使用します。i10/i11シリーズはカスタム2ピンMX1.25配線が必要です。 Web UIによる設定: (1) Web UIにログインします(初期ユーザー名/パスワード:admin)。
(2) インターカム設定メディア設定メディア設定に移動します。

  • 外部スピーカーを有効にするハンズフリー&&ライン出力に設定します。

  • ライン出力トリガー状態インターカム被呼に設定します。

パラメーターの説明:

  • ハンズフリー&&ライン出力:ハンズフリーとライン出力の音声を両方有効にします。

  • ライン出力トリガー状態

    • 呼び出し音:呼び出し音鳴動時にトリガー

    • 発呼(通話中):発信時にトリガー

    • SIP被呼(通話中):SIP着信時にトリガー

    • マルチキャスト被呼:マルチキャスト受信時にトリガー

    • インターカム被呼:インターカム着信時にトリガー

(2) アンプ配線(ドライコンタクト例) ① BHP‑SOS16V外部電源モード:JP1ピン2‑3を接続し、ピン1、4はオープンにします。図3を参照してください。

② 電源配線: - 電源プラス → アンププラス - 電源マイナス → 機器COM - アンプマイナス → 機器NCアンプ配線図

(3) 出力ポート設定 ① セキュリティ設定出力ポート設定に移動します。
出力ポート1(または2)にチェックを入れます。
通話状態によるトリガーにチェックを入れ、インターカム被呼を有効にします。

機器がインターカム被呼イベントを受信すると、COMとNCが導通し、アンプが起動します。
