概要

このドキュメントでは、屋内モニターおよびSIPビデオ電話のビデオプレビュー機能について説明します。 ビデオプレビュー機能により、着信側デバイスは通話に応答する前に発信者のビデオを表示できます。これはドアホン通話で広く使用されており、ユーザーは応答または解錠する前に訪問者を確認できます。

ビデオプレビューの仕組み

2つのプレビューモードがサポートされています:

  • プレビュー18xモード:呼び出し中の18x SIPシグナリングで運ばれるSDPデータを使用してビデオ接続を確立し、通話応答前にビデオプレビューを可能にします。

  • プレビュー2xxモード:最初の200 OKメッセージはビデオのみを確立します(音声通話なし)。ユーザーが応答すると2番目の200 OKが送信され、全二重通話を確立します。

前提条件

  1. デバイスがビデオ電話または屋内モニターであることを確認してください。

  2. ビデオデバイスと同じLANに接続された設定用PCを準備します。

操作ガイド

2つの通話モードがサポートされています:ポイントツーポイント(P2P)およびSIPサーバー通話。 設定は通話モードによって異なります。例としてi16VとA32iを使用します。

ポイントツーポイント通話のビデオプレビュー設定

  1. デバイスのWebインターフェースにログインします。

  2. 回線 → 基本設定に移動します。

  3. プレビューを有効にするにチェックを入れ、モードを選択します(デフォルト:Preview 18x)。

  4. 適用をクリックして設定を保存します。

  1. デバイスのWebインターフェースにログインします。

  2. 回線 → SIP → 詳細設定に移動します。

  3. プレビューを有効にするにチェックを入れ、モードを選択します(デフォルト:Preview 18x)。

一般的な問題と解決策

  1. 一部のSIPサーバーでのリンクグループ障害
       ビデオプレビューがリンクグループでビデオなしまたは自動切断を引き起こす場合は、プレビューを無効にしてください。

  2. Bekeサーバーが18xモードと互換性がない
       Bekeサーバーのバージョンが18.5.28未満の場合は、Preview 2xxに切り替えるか、サーバーをアップグレードしてください。

  3. サーバーでアーリーメディアが無効になっている
       サーバープロバイダーに連絡して、アーリーメディアを有効にしてください。
