i6xシリーズ入退室管理はPortSIPソフトフォンとどのように連携しますか?

概要

PortSIPソフトフォンは、Wi‑Fiまたは4G/LTE接続で通話を発信または受信するSIPソフトフォンです。H.264およびVP8ビデオコーデックに対応しています。当社製品を使用すると、アプリ上で1080Pビデオ通話、HD音声通話、遠隔ワンタッチ開扉を利用できます。本書では、製品でPortSIP UCを使用する方法を説明します。設定完了後、PortSIP上でこれらの機能を実現できます。

当社のすべての製品。

事前準備

1.製品1台(ここではi61を例とします)、PoEスイッチ1台(またはDC電源)、SIPサーバー1台、スマートフォン1台(PortSIPソフトフォンをインストール)を用意し、機器をスイッチに接続します。
2.接続図を参考に、i61、SIPサーバー、無線ルーター、PCをスイッチに接続します。
3.SIPサーバー上に2つのSIPアカウントを作成します。1つはi61用、もう1つはスマートフォンソフト端末用です。
4.スマートフォンを無線ルーターに接続し、i61、SIPサーバー、スマートフォン間のネットワークが正常に通信できることを確認します。

設定方法

i61を例に、PortSIP UCを使用して1080Pビデオ通話、HD音声通話、遠隔ワンタッチ開扉を実現する設定を紹介します。開始前に、以下の“登録”部分に従って設定してください。

1.電話機Webのライン--SIPページで、内線登録有効:チェック
ユーザー名: SIPサーバーが割り当てた内線 表示名: 必要に応じてカスタマイズ可能
ユーザー認証: SIPサーバーが割り当てた内線
認証パスワード: SIPサーバーが割り当てた内線に対応するパスワード サーバーアドレス: SIPサーバーアドレス

2.“送信”ボタンをクリックします
2.1.2.スマートフォンでSIPサーバーに登録
1.PortSIPソフトウェアを開き、ユーザー名、パスワード、サーバーアドレスを入力します

2.2.連絡先を追加
アプリの“連絡先”ページで右上のアイコンをクリックします。次のページでi61のSIP番号を入力し、適用します。

2.3.1.i61のワンタッチ発信設定
1.ショートカットキーを設定
タイプ: メモリキー
名前: 任意の名称
値: スマートフォンソフトフォンに登録された内線番号
サブタイプ: “スピードダイヤル”を選択
ライン: i61に登録された内線番号を選択

3.i61パネル上のショートカットキーを押して発信します
2.3.2.PortSIPソフトフォンから発信
アプリの“ダイヤル”ページに入り、i61のSIP番号を入力して、ダイヤルアイコンをクリックします。

または、アプリの“連絡先”ページに入り、通話したい連絡先をクリックし、発信モードを選択します。

遠隔開扉

1.i61で遠隔パスワードを設定します:
タイプ:“遠隔”を選択
パスワード:遠隔パスワードを入力
入退室管理側の遠隔開扉パラメータ設定
2.“送信”をクリックします
3.ソフトフォンでi61の拡張タイプを“入退室管理”に選択し、“開扉パスワード”に遠隔パスワードを入力します

4.通話中に“開扉”アイコンをクリックするか、“ダイヤルパッド”に移動してリモートパスワードを入力し、開扉操作を行います。
